Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Poowha. By creating an account you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
What the service is
Poowha analyses a business’s digital presence, recommends what to do next, drafts content and messages, and records the leads that result. It connects to platforms you already use — such as Google Search Console, Facebook and Instagram — using access you grant and can withdraw.
Poowha is in active development. Features appear, change and occasionally move. We will not remove something you depend on without saying so.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
One person belongs to one organisation. Roles decide what each person can do, and the database enforces them rather than the screen.
Your data stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you put into Poowha and everything it produces for you. We use it to run the service for you, and for nothing else.
You are responsible for having the right to give us the data you connect or upload — particularly a client’s platform access and any contact list you import. Every lead records how its contact details were obtained, and that field exists because somebody has to be able to answer the question.
Acceptable use
Do not use Poowha to send unsolicited marketing that breaks the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, to impersonate anybody, or to publish content you do not have the right to publish.
Anything that publishes, sends or spends requires either a recorded human approval or a pre-approved rule operating inside limits the code enforces. A configuration mistake stops the action rather than allowing it.
We may suspend an account that is being used to break these rules, or that puts the service or another customer at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.
AI-generated content
Poowha drafts text with AI. You decide what is published, and you are responsible for what goes out under your name or your client’s. Approval is required before anything reaches a public platform.
A client’s profile can record claims that may never be made about them. Those constraints are applied when content is generated, and they are only as good as what was entered.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Poowha available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and third-party platforms fail in ways we do not control.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
Ending it
You can stop using Poowha at any time and ask us to close your account. Disconnecting a platform revokes our access to it immediately.

Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
When these terms change the effective date changes with them, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account.
